Our programs are for school-aged children and adolescents, and their families, who wish to build skills for making and keeping friends, recognising and managing emotions, solving friendship problems, knowing what to do about bullying and developing flexible thinking and resilience.

Our families include, but are not limited to, those with children diagnosed with:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) including Asperger's Syndrome 

  • Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Foetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD)

  • Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)

  • Intellectual disability

  • Developmental delay

  • how to make conversation
  • resolving interpersonal conflict
  • recognising feelings and managing emotions
  • bully busting
  • building self awareness
  • developing resilience
  • practicing mindfulness and grounding
  • movement and motor skills activities
  • strengthening self esteem
  • improving peer relations
